Very Good
Dafne was great. Location was central to the tourist areas. We were able to leave our bags after checkout.
A bit dated compared to most similar accommodation we have been staying in. Shower door broken etc. No coffee!

Nice stay at Florence!
The location was awesome! Close to everything within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. Very good bed. Dafne our host was very helpful, and multilingual! She went out of our way to make us feel good. Something to mind: the elevator is on the second floor.
At one point when we got back to the room the room's door was open; we thought the room was being cleaned but there was no one cleaning the room. I think they cleaned the room but forgot to close the door.

It's a fine stay in a perfect location, just take earplugs with you.
Perfect tourist location. Close to all main attractions and train station. Easy to self check-in. Bathroom was really clean. Nice vibes of on old building. Even though it was cold outside it was nice and warm inside the room.
Walls are so thin you could hear every word of a conversation in a next room. Loud water pump / heater was disturbing at night. We hardly manage to get 5 hours of sleep every night.
